食物栄養科学研究科の院生が「第20回ファンクショナルフード学会学術集会」で優秀若手演題賞を受賞しました。

食品安全学研究室（義澤克彦教授）の大学院2年、中村花恵さんが2024年1月に米子コンベンションセンター（鳥取県米子市）で開催された「第20回ファンクショナルフード学会学術集会」において、若手研究者への奨励賞に値する「優秀若手演題賞」を受賞しました。

中村さんは「MNU誘発ラット乳がんモデルにおける黒大豆ポリフェノール「クロノケア®」の病態抑制効果」という演題で口頭発表を行いました。

中村さんは「優秀若手演題賞を受賞することができ、大変嬉しく思っています。本研究は様々な方のご協力により、実験を行なうことができました。ご指導をいただいた先生方や、研究を手伝ってくださった研究室の皆さまに深く感謝いたします。」と喜びを語りました。

 

Hanae Nakamura, a second-year postgraduate student in the Research Institute for Nutrition Sciences (Prof Katsuhiko Yoshizawa), received the Outstanding Presentation Award for Young Researchers at the 20th Functional Food Society Meeting held at the Yonago Convention Centre (Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture) in January 2024.

 

Ms. Nakamura gave a presentation entitled 'Pathological suppression effect of black soybean polyphenol Chronocare® in MNU-induced rat breast cancer model'.

 

Ms. Nakamura commented: 'I am incredibly pleased to receive the Best Presentation Award for Young Scientists. We were able to conduct the experiments in this study with the cooperation of so many people. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the teachers who gave me guidance and to everyone in my laboratory who helped me with my research."
